Various benefits are granted to each RANK of members. In addition, for Gold members and above, referral codes may be used to invite new users, and to participate in the affiliate program.
When registering for the MOONSTAKE WEB WALLET and completing the initial settings, you will have the status of a basic member.
Membership RANK consists of four types of RANK: Basic, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Platinum Membership Benefits
-1% discount on staking validator fees
-Participation in the Staking User Referral Program
-Participation in the referral program for Platinum members
Upgrading to Platinum Membership
(1) Log in to WEB WALLET
(2) Click on the account symbol on the upper right corner of the screen
(3) Click "Profile
(4) Scroll to the bottom of the summary page.
(5) Click "Upgrade" at the bottom of Platinum section.
(6) Enter KYC information.

(7) Check the terms of use and confirm your agreement.
(8) Confirm that all information is correct and click "Confirm".
*Platinum members are subject to KYC verification and screening.
KYC information for Platinum members
(1) Enter the address shown on your identification document.
(2) Please enter a phone number where you can be reached. (Mobile phone is acceptable)
(3) Please enter the number of the ID document to be attached.
*If you are attaching more than one document, you can use the number of the document with your photo or the one with your name and address on it.
(4) Upload the image of the identification documents.

(5) If you agree to the Terms of Use, please tick the box and click the Confirm button to apply for Platinum membership.
*After the KYC information has been verified by the management, a KYC verification approval email will be sent to you, and you will be asked to pay the registration fee. Please make payment for the registration fee.
